General Comments: I sometimes cannot tell whether it is me, the configuration, or the software that isn’t working at its fullest capacity. But I can say that as a recruiter I find it to be of great help to me. Whenever I have a need, the customer support staff have been very attentive and helpful.
There are all the features you can want in a recruitment software. The interface and dashboard are easy to work through and do what you want to do in the system. Their customer support is good.
There are some issues with the synchronization of calendars. The results of searches generate mixed rather than a company focused results. It is the customization or configuration that can cause some issues at times, not the software itself.
The support is good, using it is simple, and centralized storage of hiring details.
The Pro version locked up most of the major features we required.
