With its fantastic import capability, which enables me to pull payroll directly from Excel, this software truly shines!
Directly importing payroll from Excel
Limited search functionality
I would give negative stars if it were possible.
Easy time tracking
To get signed into the app on a computer takes multiple steps, to the point the app times out before you can get signed in. The app is not user friendly. I had to fill out the benefit packet for open enrollment on the app. Nowhere did it ask for info on my benefactors. I cannot add multiple attachments for my dependents. I as well as fellow employees could not see the info well enough to fill out the forms on our phones, but the company does not have enough computers to fill them out while off duty. The app can only install on company computers. I could go on and on, the frustration from this app is not worth it.
This program is revolutionary! Because of its extreme flexibility, it can be customized to exactly match the operation of our business. Additionally, we save a ton of time managing it because it's so simple.
Customizing, easy to use
None
Workday aims to be a centralized platform for managing HR and financial tasks, but in reality, it only makes these tasks more time-consuming. In terms of financials, it is incapable of producing a basic monthly account summary, rendering it entirely useless.
The user experience of Workday is extremely poor, and there is nothing positive to say about it. The only good thing about using Workday is when it's not necessary to access it.
Workday is a poorly designed software that attempts to do too many things and fails at all of them. Its convoluted interface, poor coding, and constant page refreshes make even the simplest tasks unbearable and almost impossible to complete. It is not recommended to subject your employees to this software.
