I've tried quite a few different options to track time, but this one is by far the worst. The mobile app constantly crashes and you have to reopen it just to make a punch. This process can take 1-2 minutes sometimes. Very slow, very buggy. I called support and they actually asked me for my login information? I've been in IT for 30 years, and in all my years, nobody has ever asked for my credentials if they were a legitimate company. They are clearly not security-minded. I have to wonder how much of my personal data is out there simply because I needed to record punches. I'd recommend anything else. Writing your punches on a napkin in crayon is a superior alternative.
I would recommend continuing to use the product, as it offers an excellent solution for accurate timekeeping.
